”Simpele maar schone kamer waar alles is wat je nodig hebt. Snelle wifi, lekker bed en fijne douche. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Volgende dag ontbijt voor de open haard - speciaal voor mij aangestoken. Prima diner.”

”The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English.”

”My mother and I stayed for 4 nights the week before USA’s Mother’s Day and had an incredible experience. The manor house, property and views are stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I loved having multiple lounges and outdoor spaces to choose from. Every evening i had tea and/or dessert by the fire which was one of my favorite parts of my trip. I was impressed with breakfast and dinner which I do not say often because I am a bit of a food brat from NYC which is hard...

Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc. All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising.”
