”There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).”

”The rooms and the lobby were fine, but the hallways were very rundown, the doors were old and hard to open, and the room itself could have been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was really rough too - I almost didn't want to stay. The parking lot looked deserted. Also...no secure wifi????”

”We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the rooms were always spotless. Each day, they changed the sheets and emptied the trash. The breakfast was far better than other places, and the staff was always attentive, checking if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend staying here; it's also very close to Legoland, and there are plenty of other stores and restaurants nearby, including a Super Walmart 2 minutes away from the hotel.”

”My room was spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. The bed was so comfortable that I had a deep sleep. The room temperature was great as it was easy to calibrate. The shower was humongous with a great waterfall effect. Did takeout from a great restaurant that was very busy, enjoyed it in my room then went to the show. The casino was fun , it offered many ways to try your luck. Hope for a show in the future, would stay again.”

The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but the room was pretty well-kept and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Aside from a few issues (tricky tub faucet, slow-draining bathroom sink, shower rod not fully secured, and a very brief overnight power outage one night), everything was okay. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one...
