”This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”

”I believe they were understaffed. Person handling breakfast shift could not keep up. Ran out of dishes constantly and new plates/silverware put out were dirty. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. ”Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck.”

”The room was very dated and there was no closet or microwave. The grounds were beautiful but I feel for the price we paid the rooms could be better furnished. The check in office was so musty smelling.”

”Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

”We stayed in a pet-friendly room, and I was surprised how it did not have one pet smell; the air was so clean. I do recommend that besides lemonade on the roof, they should have a container of cold water at all times for guests in their lounge, even if it’s charged.”
