It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. ”

The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.”

”Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”

”We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. I reported this to the concierge, and she said that she would advise the manager to run a de-odorizing machine. (We did...

The water pressure and shower are incredibly poor You were going to freeze in the shower because it’s barely outputting any water and the bathroom is not sealed from the moon room. I had to hug onto the wall to get clean and spent a lot of time under the water just to make sure every part of me was thoroughly rinsed off with soap. The hotel staff doesn’t lock the soap dispensers on the wall, so they tend to fall off if you bump...

”Our stay was good and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Though the hotel applied $100 flat pet fees which is very high and should be mentioned somewhere prior to booking. They also don't have parking space, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and charge $55 for valet parking. Overall a little inconvenient given the parking situation.”
