”Room had a great waterfall view, and the hotel is very close to town, which made it convenient to grab food (though the town itself is quite small). The main downsides were the Wi-Fi—only one spot in the room had a reliable connection—and the room felt a bit sparse/not very cozy. I also wish there were a common lounge area to relax. The waterfall can be noisy at night. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience.”

”I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...

”Stayed here for a concert at Bearsville Theatre. What a great night. Staff was awesome and the place was clean and cozy with really comfortable beds. An excellent Mexican restaurant is a 3 minute walk from the rooms. The theater is wonderful and this hotel is an easy drive out and back. Will definitely be back there. Loved it. ”

”At night there is a terrible noise coming from the fake fire place that only turns on for 30 seconds. The restaurant is an over glorified dump can't make a mojito and over priced. Staff act like they straight out of cliche caricature of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Parking lot is kind of a travesty. Def not worth the trip or what I paid for”

”The room is always clean and tidy. The hot tub in the room was nice as well. The staff are always nice. Hopefully they will add more items to their stores. I feel that the breakfast should be open longer.”

”The hotel is spread in different locations in older buildings. It can be a bit surprising that you have to roll your bags a couple of blocks after checking in. The area is very charming. The room was great and the bed comfy. The bathroom could do with a going over with brass polish. When all the fixtures are brass, it takes some upkeep. We slept in and missed breakfast, but there are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. ”

”The room was clean and spacious. Easy to get into and leave. The bed was incredibly comfy. The heater struggled a little with how cold it was (less than 20 degrees) but we kept it on the whole time and it was adequately warm. The bathroom was very big and the shower was really nice. ”
