”The national park was close by. That’s why we chose this location. That’s the only positive thing I can say. The rooms weren’t clean. The bathroom was disgusting. I stay in a lot of places to simply shower and sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

The current administration should invest funds in the National Parks, rather than divesting from them, and rather than spending untold, mismanaged, hundreds of millions on ballrooms and personal jets. This historied encampment deserves to be kept up in a more intentional way for our children and grandchildren. Can you imagine what Skyland would look like if just a handful of millions going toward a gilded jet were spent on the deep cleaning and...

”Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. ”

”We drove the blue ridge parkway + skyline drive, so the hotel was conveniently located. Parking was easy and breakfast was good. Room smelled a bit weird and could use some renovation. Wifi worked fine. All in all suited well for one night quick stop.”

But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room.
