”Your home in Bath was perfect for our family of 10 (six adults four children). It was centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The home was completely organized and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was prompt and super helpful.Thank you for helping make our first trip to Maine a great one!”

”The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. Great spot!”

”This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. High-end finishing/furnishings throughout property. Great location - near town, beaches, etc. i highly recommend for a unique, quality stay. Thank you Jared for a great stay.”

”Honestly, this property and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations (which were already pretty high). Kent and the team were so accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed and were available at any time. They made special plans to accommodate some friends for a day visit and were so kind and helpful. The property itself was so perfect for what we wanted and the dog so enjoyed the freedom that only a private island can bring! Thanks, Kent, for a very memorable stay....

”Enjoyed our time in the oaktagon on the island. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any needs. Island is quiet and everyone we met was friendly. When I needed some pots and pans, they delivered them right off. The owner keeps in touch and there is a help button to use if you need something that is not there. My only comment would be to have someone pay a bit more attention to the bbq grill and cob webs inside the camp.”

”If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!”

”The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night.”

”Orchid Harbor is a charming house located in one of Maine’s beautiful coastal areas. There was lots of room inside and out for our use. It was very comfortably furnished and had many touches that harkened back to days gone by. (I discovered a stack of old magazines, many of which were Women’s Day and were published in the 1940s and 50s and cost a whopping 2 cents!) The spacious lawn in front was right on the edge of the water and with picnic tables and plenty of chairs provided, was a wonderful...

”We had a wedding in town which was about 3 miles away- easy drive. The place was clean but rustic. Pet friendly which was very important to us. John communicated well/ a really beautiful spot waking up to beautiful views!”
