”Unfortunately target overbooked the terrace rooms, so we got bumped to a king suite. It was quite unfortunate as that was what we were looking forward too, however they did give us a free bottle of wine. Food and drinks were amazing at watch and the observatory. Our room is big and super clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable”

”The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations.”

”Could never get a maid to service our room for our three day stay. Had to call multiple times for towels. Old towels and dishes were never taken and trash never emptied.”

”Location, location, location! This hotel is close to everything. Walkable to restaurants, music venues, breweries, shopping and even a baseball game! No need for a car or to park in the garage if you are in town for fewer than 3 or 4 days.”

”The design of the room was ideal - lighting use was well-thought out - switches were convenient, plenty of light. Micro/refrig/coffee machine within one suite -great. Placement of mirrors was terrific - including both sides of the closet door. A/C was good. Bed was a bit unsupportive (room 505). Shower was strange - lacked a door, overspray became a bit messy. Very clean room, halls, stairwell. No "hotel smell" anywhere. One of 2 elevators was not working the 5 days we were there.,...
