”I had booked the spa room, and upon walking in, found stains all over the carpet. The room was a bit small but was fine. The mirrors on the wall easily fogged over, no matter if you closed the door to the bathroom. This meant that the slick wood panels on the floor were soaked when the mirrors dried off.
