”Loved the property. Stayed in the Geranio villa which was very well designed with heaps of space for a family of 4. Wines were fantastic, as was the views of the surrounding vineyard. Highly recommended for a winery stay!”

”Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water so was very successful at cleaning the BBQ dishes.”

”Hotel is heritage listed building and is exquisitely decorated with antiques and decor true to its era. We were looking for a place to stay for a family celebration, where we could have dinner and stay the night without travelling anywhere and booked elenors restaurant as well as 4 rooms. Two weeks before our stay they closed the restaurant and cancelled our booking, which meant we had to drive to a nearby restaurant for dinner. It was disappointing and no real reason was given. ”The room was great, spacious and the balcony and view were great. Water presure to the spa bath was very weak, which was surprising as the shower pressure was great.(strange..) Otherwise our stay was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, or recommend to friends.”

”Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc. There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...

”Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

”A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! ”
