”A nice family-run motel, the service we received was really good. The room was big (bathroom as well), and clean. Breakfast is included and you can choose from a selection of options. The motel is just a short walking distance away from Albury's main street. Would definitely stay here again!”

”It was ok, room door faced a service station opposite which felt a little exposed, bed was comfortable, bedding clean but the bathroom was so run down and in need of a refresh that I didn’t want to use the shower as the base looked grotty. Don’t believe the pictures online!”

”This hotel can use the ´plus´in the name, it's worth it. Also the restaurant is good and food excellent! A nice add-on is the sauna and spa area downstairs, as a Finn I appreciate the sauna that was a real sauna, not a turkish type steam bath.”

”Room was okay, bed comfortable and room reasonably quiet however there was long black hairs on the tiles in the bathroom, dried snot next to the sink, TV didn’t operate on normal TV stations, both lights next to beds didn’t work and amenities such as lotion hadn’t been refilled. ”

”Mick behind reception was amazing… Room spacious clean and comfortable… only down side Bar Grill not open for dinner… but do recommend The Hovel Bar and Grill 200mtrs down the road.. Peter the waiter hilarious..”

”On 24 Dec 2025, I asked expedia if the booking can be updated to 3rd Jan checkin instead of 2nd Jan. Expedia contacted the property and emailed me saying it can't be done. However, when I reached the property on 2nd Jan, I was told that they updates the booking to 3rd Jan and no room avble”
