”Nice place and goodfood”

”Room was big and clean. Easy check I . There was a little construction right next to the hotel but we didn’t notice we were in. Would stay here again for sure”

”Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

”While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?”

”The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on.”

”The room stunk of cigarette smoke, the carpet had huge stains and small tears, the outside of the refrigerator had food on it and there was a dirty towel left under the bathroom sink. When I tried to get the attention of the housekeeper, she was on her phone and literally walked past me and waved.”

”Great location for exploring Covington. The place was comfortable and spacious enough for my family to enjoy time together.”

”Perfect spot to stay if you are going to a ball game. Valet parking made it quick and easy. Everything was clean and updated. Will stay again if in the area.”

”Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. ”

”Walking distance to Great American Ballpark and many fun things to do nearby.”

”Loved the atmosphere and location. Walking distance to so much! The ladies in the restaurant were FABULOUS! They sang happy birthday to my daughter and treated her :) Loved the 24 hr market-so convenient. The gym was great!”

”Very nice hotel. Close to the stadiums. Lots of lounge areas. Free drinks on check in. Only hiccup was the bathroom shower- the tile is opaque and can be seen in the bedroom. Not a big deal for us- but could be awkward depending on who you share a room with.”

”Really great staff. However, for a Westin, it was disappointing. Westin is usually a top tier hotel. No room service, no robes in the room. The grab and go area left much to be desired. Hotel needs some updating.”
