Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Receptionist Misconduct – October 30th
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally and urgently report a serious incident regarding the conduct of a receptionist on duty at 9:00 AM on October 30th
Upon discovering that my room did not have a hair dryer, I requested one at the front desk. The receptionist responded without verifying the situation, stating decisively:
“All rooms are occupied, and there are no spare hair dryers.”
However, when I later asked a housekeeper, I was informed that there were unoccupied rooms, and the housekeeper immediately provided a hair dryer. This demonstrates that the receptionist gave false information and failed to perform the basic responsibility of checking availability.
I need a feedback on this case.
