”It was very nice & had everything we needed. It was pricey but they shuttled us to the airport & we were able to leave our car there. We are now coming back & they will pick us up at the airport & bring us back to the hotel.”

”This place was great! Easy parking, clean room, excellent shower pressure with hot water. They didn’t have a breakfast included in the rate, but for eight dollars you could go next-door and have breakfast in the restaurant which included coffee…an Excellent deal.”

”Me and my family went for an event at Metra Park and this hotel was perfect to walk from and too. We booked 2 rooms and they put us right next to eachother and staff were very nice.”

”The staff treat me like family. They are warm and pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and have a stove and refrigerator and microwave. Beds and bathroom are usable- toilet seats are high enough to be comfortable. WiFi is extremely slow. But with the treatment I get from the staff, I can overlook very slow WiFi service. On my last stay here, Chris was of great help at the front desk. He greets everyone like they are good friends. I wish there were more good people like him in this...

”First room didn't have a privacy curtain. Everything felt dingy/dirty from the front door to the room - stains everywhere. The hall smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. The window wouldn't lock. I went out a back door to unload my car and my key card wouldn't work the locks to get back in. The staff was helpful to fix these problems but I would not come back here..”
