The room was clean, big, spacious and a great fit for our family. We arrived a few hours early and stopped by the front desk to see if we could check in early. We know that this is not always available, but there was no staff behind the desk when we arrived, just 3 people in the corner sitting at a table. After being asked by them what I was there for, i stated that I was hoping to check in early. The person in the corner at the table was extremely rude and snarky and stated that check in was not until 3.
I am completely aware, but just wanted to check as we were there. Come to find out this same person was actually working the desk the morning of our check out and wasn't much friendlier.
