”There is no disposable slipper, no mineral water and no toiletries so have to prepare ourselves. Hotel location is the best with a lot eateries and shopping area around and plenty of seating areas to rest your foot. Overall is a good place to stay.”

”The reception was very helpful and upgrade us to a one bed roof suite instead of studio suite.”

”Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. ”

”Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room. 5. Insufficient utensils. The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

”The property was so unclean. The towel smell bad. There was no toilet paper provided. Even thou we ask for it. End up we have to buy. The shower water was so small. You cannot even take a basic bath. Cups was smelly with a fishy smell. Bed was comfortable actually.”
