”Interesting stay. Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. All electronic communication was helpful. But we had no personal interactions with staff. Picked up a key at a desk, and dropped it off 2 days later. We rented bikes both days and rode to nearby 4-6 miles breweries, which were both excellent. I recommend the Hotel Anphor for the bike rental.”

”We had the suite with its own lovely terrace. The room and bathroom was large, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Poperinge is a small town, but well located in relation to the area's attractions.”

”We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Ypres. The Menin Gate was viewed from our property and attending the Last Post ceremony just outside our door was a truly memorable experience. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was the ideal place for exploring Ypres and the surrounding battlefields.”

”Clean and conveniently located little hotel near the main square. Hotel staff didnt speak english so the desk lady gave me the phone where the hotel manager gave me all the information in english. Room pretty average. Overall an ok experience.”

”A boutique hotel that was truly awesome! I contacted the owner to alert him of my ETA the evening before & he rapidly replied with my room # & provided all necessary access info. Manteka Logies is very well located, virtually beside the tourist office & the Flanders Field Museum. The room had a comfy bed, a bar fridge, Nespresso coffee maker (or another brand that worked the same way), several coffee pods, creamers, sugar, a small kettle & an assortment of tea. ”I had a wonderful stay here in the beautiful town of Ypres. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the host was very, very welcoming. The property is in the centre of the town close to all amenities. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.”

”This is a superb hotel, but please be aware the restaurant is closed on a Tuesday & Wednesday, this is not shown when you book! We arrived on a Wednesday and basically the hotel was closed although we did have a booking! There were no other guests. The owner did make us very welcome & gave us a fantastic breakfast, but it felt very odd being quite so quiet.”

”oui très bien”

”Very courteous and helpful staff very clea air conditioned room with en suite. 5 minutes from Menin Gate lots of parking and great breakfast Highly recommended”

”Accueil très sympas. Chambre propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel”

”Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Frigo op de kamer had een gigantische ijsblok waardoor die niet goed koelde. Boter bij het ontbijt 3 maanden vervzllen. Verder wel zeer goede logie.”

”Incredibly helpful staff (booked a table for us at a nearby restaurant and everything). Wonderful room, given that it is an old building with a few oddities. Beautiful views. A very pleasant experience.”
