”I paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate. The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is...

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice. ”
