”It was okay for the money—nothing special. Older facility, but decently remodeled. Hair dryer didn't work (toggle switch) and there was no follow-up from the office staff after being informed. Air conditioner worked, but was quite loud—to the point we needed earplugs. That being said — it met our essential needs and was quiet.”

Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending.
Front staff was very nice!

”The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

”This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel.”
