”Our host was really helpful and made things super easy. We were just passing through for work and typically sat in a hotel room but there were just no good choices in Manchester, IA so we found this lovely place on the lake. It was very clean , quiet and comfortable. The bed I slept in was in the master and it was really comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again! Very nice place with a nice view on the lake!!”

”The house was very welcoming and perfect for our stay. The three bathrooms worked great for our group size. We liked the location downtown and quick access to any part of town. Host was super easy to communicate with on check-in process and any questions during the weekend. We will definitely stay again if availability next time we are in town. ”

”We loved our stay at the Barn-dominium. We arrived late and Tim had a fire going in the fireplace for us upon arival. The place was the perfect size and the details that Tim put into it were amazing. By far the best Vrbo we have stayed at in Dubuque and we will continue to return to this place. The adjustable bed was very nice and we enjoyed all the unique lighting throughout the place. We wish we could have had the time to stay longer.”

”We stayed there in 2023 and again this year - our Boys love it! It's a great place to stay during our baseball tournaments at Field of Dreams. Plenty of room for the Kids to play Blitzball, cookout and have families over. The Ameskamps are great people and hopefully we'll be back next year. ”

”The property was fantastic, its not on the water but the Mississippi is 5 blocks away. There is a small fire pit and a grill in the backyard. The backyard is a little underwhelming but it was dark and our group enjoyed the fire.We had multiple groups come through and spend the night. There were plenty of sheets and blankets to do a full bed change for each group. We had to use our own Disney sign in but there was a smart tv in the living room and every bedroom.”
