”Captain Bill's Guest House was a wonderful choice for us. We wanted to go hiking at the various state parks in the area and there were several excellent ones nearby. ”Crowe Cabin is beautiful. Everything was so clean and well organized & stocked. We grilled outside, made smores in the firepit, fished a little, played board games and ate too much. ”Plenty of room for 9 of us. The indoor pool and game room were great. The game room being separated from the the bedrooms and other living space was good so the noise of karaoke did not disturb those watching tv. We were able to eat dinners together at the large table and play games. The hot tub and back porch area were very relaxing. We enjoyed the movie room the with protector screen was nice to wind down at night. Would definitely recommend. ”

”Peaceful location in the country just minutes from Spencer. House has been renovated and it's clear the owners take pride in it. Lots of interesting features in decor and lots of beautiful wood. Owners made themselves available for any questions we had. Owner even stopped by to make sure we had access to basement if needed because possible severe weather was headed our way. We plan to stay there next year when our family reunion rolls around again.”
