The downside was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, our room was not vacuumed during our 5 day stay and weren’t made aware the option to have a microwave for the stay for an additional $10.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

There is a parking structure close by but you’re better off paying that small hotel fee than to try to find parking for your vehicle. ”We came into town overnight to go to a ballgame. The property was clean and inviting. The front desk staff were awesome and helpful at check in.
The room was very clean and plenty of room for my son and I. The bedding and sheets were very comfortable. Only minor thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower.
The breakfast in the morning was very good.
The surrounding area around the hotel felt safe though I didn’t walk around in the neighborhood….. I really felt like the hotel...

”This is my “go to” hotel now that my daughter will be attending school there. The desk staff is GREAT! Very welcoming & friendly. The rooms are clean. I had an issue with the tv & phone not working properly, but someone came to fix it right away. Breakfast is simple & good. There were hot & cold items. I have no complaints. The valet parking with PNC although inside the hotel is not part of the hotel. If it wasn’t so much cheaper than the parking lot I’d say pass on that, but most of the staff...
