3BD/2BA condo with deck overlooking WB. Newly furnished with spacious living, large dining, bar seating. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Open living/dining/kitchen floorplan has terrific views of ocean, beach and dunes. Comfy sectional, 55” TV, oversized chair and additional seating. Farmhouse table with chair and bench seating. Built-in, lighted bar. Amazing deck to catch the ocean breeze on contains pub table with four chairs and two swivel captain chairs ideal for relaxing. Primary bedroom features king bed, large walk-in closet and private bath with tiled shower, granite countertop and linen pantry. Spacious secondary rooms, one with queen bed. Bunk bedroom has twin on top, double mattress on bottom with double mattress trundle bed, sleeps up to 5 comfortably. Hall bathroom also has walk-in tile shower, granite countertop and ample lighting. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Covered parking for 2 cars. Elevator, secured entry, community pool, private beach access and tennis court. Fantastic access to Shell Island, The Loop, dining, shopping and more!

We have stayed at many VRBO's and this may have been the best yet. We liked the home type feel, the little things left that normally need to be purchased to get us started,ie. salt, pepper, cooking oil, condiments for the baths ie. lotions,, soaps, Qtips, cotton balls, tissues, tp paper. Great parking and room access.

This condo is absolutely adorable. The decor is very beachy and comfortable. The host could not have been more friendly and very quick in communicating when we had any questions. We hope to stay again!

June 2025 Family Trip

This property exceeded our expectations. Away from the busy center of the island. Views of ocean and channel side are gorgeous. Easy pool and beach access. Pleasantly surprised by the beach equipment in the condo - boogie boards, skim boards, 3 beach chairs, beach cart, and beach towels. Great patio furniture. Games, books, cute decor, kitchen gadgets… made our stay so much better. Only negative comment I can make about the property is that the water has a funky taste/smell. Definitely stock up on water. Other than that ZERO complaints.

WB 2025 Vacation

We had a great family vacation. The unit was well maintained, clean and just a beautiful unit to enjoy the beach, it was great place for a vacation. Its nice to show up and have beach towels and a beach buggy to carry items to the beach. The pool and beach access was awesome and hopefully we can book again next year.

Excellent!

We stayed as a family (4 kids seven and under) and the property was perfect! Awesome room for kids, kids books, puzzles, etc. Really easy beach access, tennis courts, pool. Pool was not heated and was still chilly when we were there in April, so we spent more time at the beach. They also had a cart we could use to haul beach items and toys which was an awesome help with all the kids! Thanks for an excellent stay!

Great property

The condo was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed the location and how easy it was to access the amenities. From front door to the beach took about 3 minutes. We really liked the outdoor furniture to sip coffee and watch the sunrise over the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Erin was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that wants a relaxing stay at the beach.

family vacation

first experience with VRBO. Great place. Very clean. Excellent location. Quiet. Parking passes not in condo. Owner was easy to contact, but responses did not always answer my questions. I would rent this again for sure. Especially since I now know the ropes and can navigate the website easier. Unsettling to get a note that our reservations were not made even though I sent a copy of the confirmation. Again, just issues for a new renter. Overall, I would still give this place 5 stars!

5 days trip with small kids

Traveled with a newborn and our 6 and 2.5 year old. Arrived a tad early and was accomodated with ability to check in to change the kids for the beach. Pack n play was available and a booster seat. Such a great host to work with. Also had ease of getting to some really good coffee and poke bowls!

Awesome Vacation!

We had a fantastic time (even though the water was very rough). The condo was perfect for our group. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The pool was cold, but we still had a great time in it! Overall, it was one of our best, most memorable vacations!

Great Beach Vacation for a Family Wedding

We’ve stayed many ways for beach vacations…condos, little houses, huge houses…this was the CLEANEST and most accommodating lodging yet. I have some mobility limitations and found the parking, pool and unit itself to be easy enough to use with my own small bath chair. Communication with Erin was easy and responsive. We loved the condo, the complex (great pool), Wrightsville Beach, and Wilmington. If we find our way back to the area, we will stay here for sure!

Home away from home

Absolutely loved it! Wonderful place to stay. Erin is a great host! The only downfall to the entire place is the bedroom with the trundle bed.. it doesnt work well for adults with regard to comfort. The rental would be perfect for families with children staying in that room. Still, even with that considered we had an awesome time, thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the quiet surroundings, the beautiful decor. Would consider bringing our same group back to rent from Erin howevdr would tote our queen air mattress thats high rise and has more support than trundle mattress. Love the balcony! Hated to leave!

Lovely Condo beautiful ocean views

The condo was very clean and well decorated. Loved being on the ocean with very easy access to beach. The pool was so clean and refreshing! The owner was very sweet and responded to all my emails quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect get-away

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. First with friends and this time with family. It’s such a perfect location, great amenities and the unit is fully-stocked with everything you could need. We prefer to cook ourselves and the kitchen has all the items you’d need for making a gourmet meal. We had a wonderful time!

Lovely condo. Spacious accommodations for 5 adults. Well-kept and maintained. Really well-stocked kitchen and the view from the covered patio DID NOT disappoint. I think we spent pretty much the entire 1st day sitting outside, enjoying the gorgeous view while catching up. Would definitely rent here again. And the host was super responsive too! Thanks again.
