*As of 01/23/2026, the HOA advised that a multi-phase elevator modernization project across several of the Wrightsville Dunes buildings would be taking place. This investment will ensure greater reliability and safety for all residents and visitors. To minimize community-wide disruption, the work has been scheduled sequentially. During the projected dates of November 23 to December 28, 2026, the elevator in the respective building will be completely out of service. These dates are subject to change.

"Sharing the Dream" is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom first floor condo that is decorated with coastal furnishings. This condo boasts a bright and airy feel that is complimented by thoughtful touches to ensure you have a comfortable vacation. As you enter the condo you are pulled in through a long hallway with the breathtaking view of the Ocean as the backdrop. The subtle blue hues and neutral tones carry through the living room to the balcony for stunning view of the vast Atlantic Ocean. In the morning you will want to grab a cup of coffee and sit on your oceanfront covered deck to enjoy the beauty of a sunrise, expansive views, and soothing sounds of the waves crashing.

The kitchen is well stocked, furnished will all new stainless-steel appliances for the 2024 rental season, and features a reverse osmosis water tap so that you can enjoy purified water with ease! Equipped to meet all your needs, this thoughtful home will make meal prep a joy. A dining table accommodates six people and is open to the living room so that your family can stay connected whether they are cooking, eating, or just relaxing on the sofa. In the living room you will find two cozy armchairs to sink into and a sizable sofa. A Roku TV above the fireplace enables you to catch up on your favorite shows or sporting events.

Located just off the kitchen, the spacious primary suite offers plenty of space, comfort, and mesmerizing views of the ocean. The primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed, a private bathroom, sitting area, smart TV, and access to the ocean front balcony. Wake up each morning to a greeting from the ocean and fresh salt air! The closet in this bedroom is not made available to guests of the home, however, luggage racks, a sizable dresser, and handing rack are included to ensure there is ample space available.

The guest bedrooms are located on the sound side of the condo and overlook the Intracoastal Waterway. A quaint guest room with two twin beds provides a comfortable and private space for children to unwind after a long day of building sandcastles and chasing seagulls. The lamp in the room includes charging ports for added convenience. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and beautiful coastal themed decor. The nightstands in the room include built in charging ports for ease of use. At the end of the hall there is a bathroom that serves the guest bedrooms and is convenient for visitors.

Nestled in the dunes at the northern, secluded tip of the Island, Wrightsville Dunes offers a wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways with showers to rinse off before returning from a day in the sand and surf. Sometimes you will feel like you have the whole beach to yourself! A nearby bird sanctuary creates an oasis for sea birds and provides wonderful viewing opportunities while adding to the quiet atmosphere of the complex. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shoreline to the end of Shell Island where exclusive Figure Eight Island is a stone’s throw away across Mason’s Inlet. Keep your eyes open for turtle tracks! The Northern end of Wrightsville Beach is also home of several nesting sites for sea turtles. Relax at one of the community swimming pools conveniently located near your condo or play a match or two on the community tennis court. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum 2 night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Use of the Fire Place, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
