Upea TOP-kerros - Oceanfront ylellinen huoneisto autotallissa!

Vieraat varmasti nauttivat ikimuistoisesta lomasta tässä täysin kunnostetussa ja ylellisessä, täysin kalustetussa, 3. (ylimmässä) kerroksessa, 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneessa, jossa on hissi rakennuksessa. Katso valtameren aallot päällikön "Sea Dolphins" -sarjan king-size-vuodesta. "Merimuseossa" on king-vuode ja "merenneito-huoneessa" 2 erillistä vuodetta. Kaikki vuodevaatteet ja patjat ovat uusia ja tämä huoneisto on mukava nukkuaksi 6 hengelle. Olohuoneessa on nopea WIFI ja kaapeli-TV DVD-soittimella. Keittiö on täydellinen ruoanlaittoon, ja se on varustettu kaikilla uusilla laitteilla, täysin varustetuilla keittiövälineillä ja siinä on käänteisosmoosivesihana. Tällä kerrostalolla on oma Rain Soft -koko talon suodatinjärjestelmä. Rakennuksen vieressä on pääsy rannalle ja nauti kahdesta ulkouima-altaan uima-altaasta ja tenniskentästä. Ranta- / merinäköalalla sekä takaosaan / sisävesikanavalle katsottuna vieraat voivat nauttia iltapäivästä lintujen tarkkailua, rantakampausta ja vesiurheilua. Kätevä ostos-, ruokailu-, kylpylä-, golf-, yöelämä-, veneily-, kalastus-, vesi- ja polkupyörävuokraamolle. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä huvipuistoista, voit päästä ulos ja nauttia paikallisista aktiviteeteista tai jäädä rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan rauhallisista näkymistä. Pelikananparvien parissa on paljon lintujen tarkkailua. Tarkkaile valtameren aaltoja tiiviisti nähdäksesi delfiinien paloja tulevan ilmaan saaliiden aamu- tai ilta-aterioiden yhteydessä. Varhaiset nousejat voivat nähdä auringonnousun valtameren yli parvekkeelta ja älä unohda upeita auringonlaskunäkymiä suon yli condo länsipuolelta (sisäänkäynniltä). Mukana on katettu pysäköintitila, jossa on yksityinen autotalli, joka mahtuu yhdelle ylimääräiselle autolle ja ylimääräinen säilytys rantaesineitä. Lisäksi yksi ylimääräinen vieraspaikoitus. Jos käytät autotalli, voit pysäköidä yhteensä 3 autoa. Autotalli lähellä on myös oma säilytyskaappi, josta pääsee helposti rantatuoleihisi ja hiekkaleluihisi.

Jim and Peggy's beach condo was perfect. It was spotless, had every amenity we needed, there was a garage and parking spot. King beds. An elevator to get to the third floor. A balcony with the clearest, closest, unobstructed view of an unbothered beach I've ever seen. Jim and Peggy were awesome, very responsive to communication. 11 out of 10. This place is amazing!

Jim was very accommodating. Check in process was seamless. You can tell he takes pride in his property and wants to ensure guests have a relaxing stress free stay. From the second we arrived Jim instructed us to call him for the proper codes to garage and front door. Jim walked me through the unit to ensure we know we’re all important features were which put us at ease that we did not have to figure it out on our own!! We enjoyed the unit and cooking thanksgiving dinner there was a success. Great location on the beach. Feels very private. Being Greeted with beautiful sunrises over the water every morning made it worthwhile.

We were visiting Wilmington to attend a wedding and several parties so we did not spend a great amount of time in the unit. It was very nice and comfortable and the ocean view and beach access were wonderful . We have stayed in many rentals throughout the country and this was the first time the owner shared explicit instructions about the condo and we had to make the beds when we arrived.

The location couldn’t be better. Wonderful view over the beach, at the North End. Very well furnished condo, good kitchen, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Owners have thought of just about everything. Would return again. Balcony overlooking beach has 6 nice chairs and has a bit of an overhanging roof, so that it can be enjoyed on sunny day without burning - we spent a lot of time there watching the beach. Strong dolphin theme in decorating. Garage slot has lots of beach toys for use. Owners very responsive and delightful to work with. This is an ideal beach front condo away from the crowded boardwalk area.

This is seriously the best vacation rental I've ever rented. The condo is adorably decorated in a seaside theme. It was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. All of the beds were super comfortable. And the best part was the gorgeous ocean view from the condo. Just stunning!! The perfect vacation.

Our family ( grandparents, parents, and teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We ( the old folks) spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and the most comfortable deck furniture ever! The condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, with many “extra touches”. We enjoyed finding all the dolphins…glass, china, wood, hand-painted, etc

We loved our stay and will definitely come back! Views were unbeatable with an unobstructed ocean view out the front and marsh view out the back! The beach was nice and quiet- a perfect family get away! Property owners were responsive to all our needs!

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was great. It was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the building was very quiet. Wilmington is one of our favorite areas; now, we have a preferred location.
