The Space:
The cozy 60 m² apartment has the capacity to accommodate 6 people. It is an excellent offer for families with children or a group of friends wishing to relax in Wrocław. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Functional, yet cosy interior allows to feel homey atmosphere at the same time providing comfort at a high level. Stylish accessories add a unique character and elegance. The modern living room is furnished with a green sofa with a sleeping function, which enlivens the interior. On warm days, pleasant cooling is provided by a remote-controlled fan. The living room leads out onto a charming balcony with a view of the river and the city. In addition, a table and chairs provide a comfortable space to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with a soft grey headboard to match the long curtains. The room has a console with a chair, which can be a comfortable place to work or study in front of the computer. The second bedroom is a cosy space with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances such as an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The kitchen cabinets are in a shade of light pastel green, which gives the interior a fresh and light feel. In the bathroom, a shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine are available, which adds to the comfort especially during a long stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV with cable TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. The apartment is located on Jedności Narodowej Street in Wrocław, in a modern housing estate with a gym. The charming neighbourhood is located on the banks of the Old Oder River, which is surrounded by beautiful boulevards and numerous walking paths for jogging or cycling. The building is located slightly further from the city centre, but the distance to the historic market square is only a 20-minute drive by public transport. In the vicinity of the apartment, there are numerous tram and bus stops from which one can easily and quickly get to all parts of the city - the tram stop is 84 m from the apartment. The developed retail and service infrastructure guarantees the comfort of every stay. Shops such as Żabka and Netto (220 m) provide all necessary groceries. For larger purchases, it is worth going to nearby shopping malls, such as Korona (8 min. drive), or Galeria Dominikańska (15 min.). There are also restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a smanic meal in a pleasant atmosphere, these are Four Seasons (350 m), Meet Georgia (500 m) and Beer Loft (190 m).
