Equally good is the access by car, as well as by public transport. Within 150 m there are bus stops, streetcar stops, and relatively close to the train station (2-3 stops). There are bike paths leading from the facility to the center or south towards Grabiszynski Park. The property lies a few hundred meters from the Zajezdnia History Center. There are also attractive bicycle routes in the area. In the neighborhood there is a gas station, Lidl, Aldi, Żabka, a bread store, a vegetable store, a butcher store, a public transportation stop and a gym.
