”We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.”

I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! ”Great location to get some peace and quiet. Beautiful foliage and tons of wildlife in the area. This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and the place had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax while exploring the area.”

”It was a cute cottage on the lake although not extremely clean and very cold . Hot water only lasts about 5ish minutes. Besides that excellent stay and made me consider moving upstate .”

”We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”
