”From the moment we walked in, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke despite the numerous “No Smoking” signs posted throughout the property. The odor wasn’t limited to one area—it seemed to permeate the halls and rooms. The hotel itself appears poorly maintained. The carpet in the middle of the hallways and walking paths in the rooms were wrinkled and buckling in the middle of the walkways, creating an obvious tripping hazard. ”The facility is older and typical 80's Super 8 and kinda worn. On the positive side, the breakfast had a good selection of items for a continental type breakfast plus cheese omelets, breakfast burritos, and boiled eggs that you could microwave plus some large sweet rolls that were good.”

”The room was absolutely gorgeous and we had no trouble falling asleep! The pool and the hot tub were also really good!”

”Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.”

”The water slide attraction is a false advertisement. Open very limited hours. Not worth paying a premium of staying there because very limited accessibility. They charge you for parking without confirming you actually parked a car. Breakfast was limited and not what you would expect for what you pay. Missoula has plenty of hotels and won't stay there again.”

”This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.”

”With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete. Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...

”Affordable place to stay. Convenient because we were on a road trip and packed our own food. Just make sure to bring your own pots, pans and cooking supplies. Many construction workers use this facility as a place to stay. Very nice and clean and great price vs other hotels in Missoula!”
