    Vacation rental in Wyk auf Föhr, Susanne-Fischer-Weg 31, Haus Kiebitz, approx. 80 square meters with a south-facing terrace. Rated 5 stars by the DTV.
    3-room apartment, newly built in 2011, non-smoking and allergy-friendly.
    LIVING ROOM: Living room with kitchenette, corner leather sofa, coffee table, dining table with 5 chairs, and a fully equipped kitchenette. BEDROOM 1: on the first floor with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together) and a built-in closet. HALLWAY: Coat closet.
    BATHROOM 1: on the first floor, shower, toilet, changing table available upon request.
    The staircase leads from the living room to the first floor; stair gates are available upon request at both the top and bottom.
    BEDROOM 2: on the first floor with a double bed and a closet. BATHROOM 2: on the first floor with a shower, tub, and toilet. Private sauna upstairs. Parking space at the house. Sheltered south-facing wooden deck (with a removable awning—you can sit here even when it rains) with a table, chairs, and 2 lounge chairs.
    Bedding and towels are included. Additional pillows and blankets available upon request.
    Parking space next to the house. Covered bike storage. Upon request, sports equipment can be locked in a storage room.
    Children’s playground on the property (tower with slide, sandbox, playhouse).
    3 communal recreation rooms are available
    1. Game room with foosball, air hockey, table tennis, darts, Wii on a 60-inch TV, and Jakkolo
    2. Recreation room with sofas and a PS3 connected to a 65-inch TV with Dolby Surround and 3D Blu-ray, plus workbenches for crafts.
    3. Toddler playroom with a kids’ foosball table, ball pit, and play store. Kids’ kitchen and toys
    Shared laundry room with washer and dryer. The complex has a total of 21 apartments. The location is very quiet (dead-end street). The beach is only about 700m away.

Eine perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für bis zu vier Personen. Die gesamte Wohnanlage liegt sehr ruhig mit einem Bäcker um die Ecke. Bis in die Fußgängerzone von Wyk sind es rund 2km, zum Strand (Südstrand) rund 500m. Alles andere steht in der Beschreibung zu Wohnung bzw. Wohnanlage. Dem gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen. Geeignet für einen perfekten Urlaub für die ganze Familie.
