”The people at the front desk were extremely rude right upon check-in. We had friends come by for an hour or two and then they left but the property accused us of packing 5 people onto the property. They demanded our credit card information for check-in and wrote it down rather than just taking it for a security deposit. On top of that the room was extremely gross and smelled like mould and mildew, we had to check out and go book another hotel because after a few hours of being there, the smell...

”We were very disappointed with our stay. We chose the property over others for their amenities (pool/hot tub) only to arrive, and they were drained and out of order. They should have emailed days before to let me know. I was so looking forward to that. The resort felt so empty but I was given a room overlooking their roof. The staff were sweet and nice however. I would have just expected some compensation or a voucher (customer service).”
