”The property is in a stunning location right on the lake. The staff were more than helpful - young, stepped up to help at registration, bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The room was very comfortable (fab shower!!) the restaurant and bar was amazing. Will definitely return it was a great find👏”

”Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. Upon finding the office a friendly enough gentleman checked us in and sort of apologised for the state of the place. ”Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400...

”This hotel is well located next to Mingara Recreational Club where you have a number of restaurants and Bars to enjoy a succulent Chinese meal. Excellent attention to detail from the team at checkin.”

”The property and staff were both outstanding. A very minor issue was that the TV did not work, I did not raise the issue at the time of my stay as it wasn't a major concern. All in, the place is great! Very impressed. ”

”This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release.”
