”Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. ”

”Hotel desperately needs western management guidance in every aspect. Breakfast is ok if you can eat cold cuts or mayonnaise besed sauces which are standing on the table for hours with out any cooling. The main line from front desk is "you pay!", probaply their intensions are not to be unpolite but since english is not very good it sounds so. Water bottles are funny, some are complimentary and some are not, in normal hotel they would have "complimentary"-tag. Do not try to get a receipt after...

”Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out."
