”Great vibe and atmosphere for the brand. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. The nice female staff at the check in desk helped to resolve an unexpected issue with my Expedia booking at no time. (I forgot to ask her name, but we checked in on the afternoon of Dec 07). The room deco is great. You can tell the effort of the designer to fit everything together perfectly for a warm and smooth vibe. ”Staff all of them were overly courteous and a very positive and went out of the way to help. English is no barrier as today the phone does instant translation and was used frequently in the hotel and during our 3 night stay in Xiamen. Room and bathroom was very clean and staff responded to any of our requests so positively. The free breakfast was a mix of Western and Fujian food which we enjoyed thoroughly”
