”Very friendly staff. We checked in late in the afternoon. They took us through a shortcut to the ropeway station because they knew that it was about to close. We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. That said, they were very clean.”
