”The Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower is located in a great area; within walking distance to the bell tower in Xian. There are plenty restaurants and shops within waking distance also. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We will surely consider staying here during our next visit to Xian.”

”The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable.”

”Located in "Sofitel" complex with Mercure and Sofitel, nice and quiet place. About 20min walk to the closest metro station (Bell tower). 5min with taxi. Staff speaks good English. Breakfast is very nice. Selected based on earlier reviews about comfy beds and found out that they are still quite hard for good night sleep but better than average there. One Chinese thing was that during one night, just middle of it, under my window they started to do some sort of construction thing. Lasted about...

”The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine.
Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy.
We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area.
And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise!
I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this...

”We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter.

”Sijainniltaan erinomainen hotelli: metroasema oli välittömässä läheisyydessä, vanhankaupungin muurin sisäänpääsy muutaman sadan metrin päässä, jättimäiset ostoskeskukset aivan vieressä. Hotellin vastaanotto ja concierge olivat erittäin avuliaita ja aikaansaavia; junaliput yms. järjestyivät helposti.”

”I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay.
The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter.
The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city.
The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...
