”Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast”

”Everything was excellent. Only thing I would change is we wish the pool was a little warmer. They had the heat turned down, but overall it was great.”

”Stayed one night for lavender festival. Rooms were clean and comfortable but basic. I do like that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are clearly labelled so you're not caught in the the shower squinting at labels figuring out what is what! The breakfast buffet had cut oranges, bananas and apples - thank you for fresh fruit. If only we could get oatmeal or some non sugary options. Overall a good stay.”

”They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

”Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.”

”Managers were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was overall cleaned but bathroom needed more attention (shower and floor). Lighting seemed to be fluorescent, regardless it was blindingly bright. Overall, an older property that has been updated relatively well.”

”The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor.”

”I stayed here because I had stayed at the Fairfield Inn at Lenoir City previously and it was great, but I won’t be back to this one in Turkey Creek Knoxville. They don’t clean the rooms every day, it’s every other day. I stayed 2 nights, so on the second night the small trash cans are over flowing, I needed new bedsheets because my son had an accident, so I had to go down to the desk to get them and I asked them to come get the dirty ones he said they would no one ever came. ”When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. We talked to several of the staff and they were all kind and helpful. One employee filled us in on the fact they are going to be remodeling the whole building, starting on the 4th floor.
