Oceanfront Oasis The Tide Pool No Cleaning Fees

Ocean Haven is an oceanfront lodge with some of the most magnificent unobstructed views on the Oregon coast. Suites are self-contained w/ private outdoor entrances. We have a 40-year history of retreat for writers, artists, lovers, birders, hikers, bikers, and spiritual seekers. Hike on one of many trails around us or spend your days in a recliner with a blanket and a book, gazing out the window at the oft-wild surf. Trail to the beach, tide pools teeming with marine life, a seal colony, whales, and more.

The space
Ocean Haven is full of whimsical touches. The Tide Pool has a special place in our hearts. It is extremely cozy. The Tide Pool runs the entire length of the back of the building on the ground level. There is nobody beside you on either side or above you.

Guest access
You can access the beach from the trail next to the cabin. The trail is a moderately rated switchback trail. Depending on the tides and the movements of the sand seasonally there can be a little jump from the rocks to the bottom. Most people have no difficulty with the trail to the beach, however, people who have physical challenges may prefer to drive up the street to one of the more easily accessible beaches. There are beaches to the north and south that are accessible without stairs, but we are on a cliffside, part of what makes it so glorious! There is also a large deck on the side of the main building we highly recommend. You'll understand why once you are on it!

No smoking anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. We ask that you clean any dishes that you use, compost, and recycle
