”Historic property in a great location. The complimentary breakfast in the courtyard was delicious and a great way to start the day. Understand, as an Historical Inn, you may have to climb stairs and the rooms / bathrooms may be smaller than modern properties, but that is part of the charm. Highly recommend.”

”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”

”We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. ”The motel part of the hotel is where we stayed, no ocean view. It was clean & quiet. The free breakfast buffet was good. Bagels to toast, mini muffins, cereal, & yogurts.
