  • Villa Graciosassa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneita voi koostua joko kahdesta kahden hengen makuuhuoneesta (1 x king-size & 1 Super King) ja 1 kahden hengen huone, tai 1 kahden hengen huone ja 2 erillistä makuuhuonetta.

    Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on kattotuuletin ja makuuhuoneessa on ilmastointi sekä oma kylpyhuone. Toinen pesuhuone on suihkuhuone, jossa wc ja pesuallas. Ilmastointi on palkkamaksu.

    Keittiö on joukko salonkiovia ja on hyvin varustettu. Se on varustettu aidoilla puulajeilla ja siinä on runsaasti työtilaa valmisteluun molemmilla puolilla keittiötä. Keittiössä on seuraavat laitteet, astianpesukone, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi-pakastin, keraaminen liesi ja runsaasti ruuanlaittovälineitä, jotka täyttävät innokkaimmat kokit.

    Keittiöstä poistuessa tulet lounge-tilaan. Kuten muualla kiinteistöss��, lounge-tilassa on hyvin afrikkalainen teema. Todellinen puun Afrikkalainen huonekalut sulautuu hyvin nykyaikaisiin laitteisiin. On suuri 50 tuuman LCD-televisio, jossa on erinomainen valikoima kanavia (mukaan lukien BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 ja 5 + suurin osa tärkeimmistä SKY-kanavista, mukaan lukien elokuvat ja urheilu), DVD-soitin (DVD-levyjä ei toimiteta) suuri nahka sviitti ja kuuntelukokemuksellesi erinomainen äänijärjestelmä. Huvilassa on myös rajoittamaton kuitupalvelu (langaton) yhteys maksutta.

    Loungesta poistuminen tuo sinut etelään päin olevalle aurinkoterassille, josta on merinäköala ja erityisesti näkymät majakkaan. Terassilla on kaunis kivipöytä, jossa on 6 erittäin mukavaa "aurinkopuutarhaa" ja rakennettu Kanariansaaren tyyliin BBQ, joka sopii erinomaisesti ulkona ruokailuun ja auringonlaskun katseluun. Aurinkoterassilla on myös yli lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa on tilaa aurinkoa aurinkotuoleilla.

    Huvilassa on nyt upea poreallas, joka sijaitsee täysin yksityisessä solanassa. Se sijaitsee nurmikerroksessa, jossa on mukavat rottinkikalusteet sen ympärille - täydellinen rentoutumiseen ja Lanzaroten tähtitaivojen katseluun (lisämaksusta porealtaalle - kysy lisätietoja).

    Villa Graciosa sijaitsee Montana Rojan asuinalueella, joka on vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Playa Flamingon upealta rannalta, jossa on myös lukuisia kauppoja, ravintoloita ja baareja. Sieltä voit kävellä pitkin uutta rantakadua vanhan sataman lauttojen kautta ja sitten Playa Blancan keskustaan. Keskustassa on vielä enemmän ravintoloita ja baareja.

Everything you need for an amazing holiday. Great size rooms, well equipped kitchen, brilliant sized pool and amazing roof top terrace. Welcome items were a lovely touch! 10 mins walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc and 4 min drive from Lidl Nothing to improve but would suggest making it clearer that the villa is not on its own. It's semi detached but still very private.

Excellent Villa

The Villa was split over 3 levels, the pool area was great and had the sun all day. There is a shaded seating area directly outside the main door which is good to chill and get a break from the sun. The rooftop bar relax area was superb both day and night. It has a fridge, bar, pool table and seating area with a big gas strip fire which was great at night. We requested a late checkout which was sorted out straight away for an extra fee. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay again. Great holiday.

A fabulous Villa in a great location!

Everything! It was clean, had everything we needed, had lots of space. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating, the pool was warm, the pool table on the roof was fun, the hot tub was an added luxury and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, bars and restaurants and also for a base to explore the island in our hire car. We had a great time. Nothing it was all great

saubere und große Villa sehr gute Küchenausstattung viele Dinge die nützlich sind bereits im Haus. Liegen am Pool (beheizt) Hot Tube super heiß und sauber: TV/Radioprogramme in Englisch, deutsch - alles da. Betten gemütlich jede Menge Geschirr Kapselmaschine Parken ca. 30 Meter entfernt auf der Straße Billiard auf der Dachterrasse mit zusätzlichen Kühlschrank dazu noch Sitzbereich und Stühle jede Menge Platz absolut toller Blick in Richtung Meer / Süden / Fuerte..... Tolle Villa zum relaxen, baden, faulenzen.....

The villa itself is fab, great use of each floor and space. Wasn’t really anything majorly lacking from this. I appreciated your team being on hand and available and the help getting us taxis. I did have few noise issues from surrounding villas. The villa is a little far out if you do not drive or struggle to walk far.

Good Location, great for a cheeky week in the sun

Location was good, just 10/15 mins to walk into Playa Flamingo. Well equipped villa, all you need in the kitchen, board games and we made lots of use of the pool table and hot tub. The tv package was useful for the cooler evenings in November. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa. No gas in the fire pit on the roof terrace which was a shame (may be this was a chargeable extra). The layout is a little disjointed but fine for adults. Better sunbeds would be nice.

Only issue we had was the Aircon not working in the main bedroom. Didn't spoil anything but would have been nice to have working. Maybe some mosquito covers for the windows as we could have slept with the window open. We did the first night and got a few bites so kept it closed the rest of the holiday.

Excellent Villa!

This is a really amazing villa, probably one of the best we have stayed in Playa Blanca. Very well equipped, super clean and spacious. We have stayed here before and the recent updates make what was already a great villa, amazing! The furnished roof terrace really is a brilliant addition. The location is peaceful and quiet and only a short 10 minute stroll (if that) to Flamingo Beach and a further 10 minutes to the main town. The ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated, particularly as we arrived late and all the shops were closed. Quick and easy correspondence and the booking experience was stress free and efficient. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back (again) Honestly can’t think of anything

Great holiday in Villa Graciosa

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Graciosa which was our 2nd visit to this villa and the updates that have been completed are fantastic. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our first visit was in 2020 during the Pandemic and the area was extremely quiet. The downside of the semi-detached villa is that you are very close to neighbours and if you are looking for complete privacy and peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. That was the only downside for us at this property. However, overall we had a great stay and the views from the roof terrace are amazing and this is a great space to sit with a G&T and relax.

Fantastic Villa

I have stayed in many villas in Playa Blanca however this was by far the best. The pool area and villa were great but the rooftop seating area with pool table was just fantastic. The views over Playa Blanca and the sea were beautiful. All the rooms and bathrooms were in decent condition and could get any channel you wanted on the tv. The heated pool was just gorgeous. Couple of minor points. The curtains are quite light. Maybe blinds or net curtains may help (especially the one overlooking the road). There were only 4 sun beds for 5 of us. Was expecting the bed as shown in pictures but this has been replaced with 2 chairs and a table. Hot tub cover wasn’t in a great state and was cold first day so had to turn up temperature so wasn’t used for first 2 days. Shame the fridge has been removed from upstairs but that isnt a major issue.

Fantastic week spent at Villa Graciosa!

The villa was fab. It was clean when we arrived, we loved the welcome pack and how easy it was to find the villa, instructions from Villas Now before we arrived were so clear and helpful. When we got there the bed in the master bedroom was broken but this was sorted out straight away and our in resort contact was really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and we all loved it (2 adults with 2 21 year olds and a 17 year old) and the pool table. We would definitely recommend this villa if you like a quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the resort centre (it was a bit of a trek but the bus is cheap if you don't want to walk too much!) The tablet which was in the villa to find information didn't work but it didn't spoil our holiday but may have been useful. I did miss having a mirror in any of the bedrooms for getting ready and it would have been nice if the firepit worked - we only managed to light it once.

A good villa but you'll need coins for the air conditioning.

The villa was very clean on arrival (although we did keep finding plastic yellow ball bearings from a toy gun around the place). The welcome pack of basic essentials, including beer and wine was a nice touch. The roof terrace is excellent with great views and it's the kind of thing that makes you want to live out here longer term! The pool was lovely and warm and had the sun all day, although it's the first we've had a pool with sloped sides all round the bottom. The bbq grill level can be raised by a handle to adjust how close the food is to the heat, which was really good. You will need to hold it in place though otherwise gravity drops it back down. Top tip, use a 5L bottle of water to 'lock' the handle. The owners, or at very least the family looking after the property, live below / behind the property and were quickly on hand to help out or answer any questions in person. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with useful equipment that you’ve have in a house that’s ‘lived in’ rather than just a holiday let. The pictures in the advert for the villa are how it actually is (Sept 2023) with the exception of the day bed by the pool that wasn't there. The air conditioning is only available by coin payment. This should have been more obvious in the listing rather than a bracketed section in the description because the list of main features doesn't mention it. In a post COVID world where generally cash is used much less, let alone coins, this was a pain to keep feeding the meter. There's a tablet that apparently has information about the villa and the local area but it didn't work and no amount of turning it off and on again was going to fix it. The WhatsApp number on the printed sheet in the kitchen for the management company went unanswered. Overall, I’d recommend this villa but it’s likely to suit families rather than a couple looking for a luxury experience. We were a family.

We have just returned from the most wonderful week at Villa Graciosa! It had 3 very spacious bedrooms, sitting room and two bathrooms! The kitchen also had everything we needed and it was so clean! Any queries we had were answered very efficiently and the lady we dealt with was so lovely! The pool was spotless and the rooftop area was fantastic with the most beautiful views! 10/10 cannot wait to return!

Fab villa

The villa is in a good location and in a peaceful spot. The owners attention to detail really made a difference with this villa and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Have stayed in many villas all over the world and can honestly say this villa is amo gst the best for the money we paid.

Very enjoyable stay

Accomodation really suited us and the location whilst not central was absolutely fine as we rented bikes (I'd reccomend this). Really nice place to stay and would like to go again. We had an issue with the swimming pool and whilst Sally from villasnow was very responsive and helpful the pool cleaner was not and was rude.
