High-quality, newly built vacation villa located just minutes from the beautiful beaches of southern Lanzarote. This exclusive property, ideal for up to 6 people, is spread over two floors and features 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 bathrooms with showers.



On the ground floor, you will find a glass-enclosed relaxation terrace and a spacious outdoor area with a private pool that can be optionally heated. The private pool measures 6 x 3 m² and features a salt chlorinator to avoid skin, eye, and hair irritation that can occur with conventional chlorine use. It includes a cover to maintain water temperature and a heat pump to allow heating to the desired temperature (optional). Additionally, there are sun loungers, a solar shower, and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun and fresh air.

The house also has a room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for the exclusive use of guests.

The living room, equipped with air conditioning, has a large sofa, an extendable dining table for 6 people, and a 55” QLED smart TV with international channels.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality utensils, an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, blender, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.

On the same floor, you will find a full bathroom with a shower.



Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (all with air conditioning). The master bedroom has a double bed (150 cm) and a large wardrobe, another bedroom has two single beds and a vanity with a mirror, and the third bedroom has a 140 cm sofa bed, a 43" QLED smart TV, and a work desk.

Additionally, the house has a second full bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and an iron.



The entire villa is equipped with high-speed internet (1GB) and Wi-Fi, smart TVs with international channels, a safe, and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
