Spanning 2 floors, the 250 m² villa is distinguished by its modern, bright design and consists of a living room, a dining room with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 en-suite bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The spacious outdoor area guarantees utmost privacy thanks to its tall, white walls lined by blooming vegetation. With a generous patio featuring a large pool (which is heated from November to May using solar panels, which means the temperature can vary depending on the weather), an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and an elegant dining area complete with a parasol, this is perfect place to relax with your loved ones. Sunbathe on the loungers by the poolside with a good book, refresh yourself in the crisp water on warm afternoons and enjoy the freshly-grilled meals at the table in the fresh air. You can reach the nearest supermarket in just a 7-minute walk (500 m) while the lively centre of Playa Blanca, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants serving many cuisines, is only 1 km or a 13-minute walk away. A bus stop is just beyond your front door. The closest beach, Playa Flamingo, is a 15-minute walk away (1 km). Stroll along the beach promenade, visit the local shops and stop by the romantic lookout point along the water to admire the colorful horizon over the ocean.
