The living room has a very comfy L-shaped chaise long sofa, 3 comfy arm chairs and a coffee table, enabling a relaxing area to enjoy the flat screen smart TV, satellite TV, including BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, Sky channels, box sets, films and much much more. The TV will also provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using your own subscriptions. WIFI provided at no additional cost.
Sliding patio doors lead directly out to the pool and sun terrace area, The Large patio doors open out onto a terrace with 2 tables and comfy seating area for 8.

The fully fitted Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self-catering stay, including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc.

This is a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a Fountain shower head ,washbasin , WC, and vanity mirror.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor)
A split staircase with approximately 20 steps leads down to the lower level, here you will find Double bed, air conditioning (coin-operated), large walk-in wardrobes, bedside table & lamp. Complete with the master ensuite bathroom , Double washbasin with Vanity mirror, WC. The Large patio doors leading to the pool area with mountain views.
Bedroom 4 (Ground Level)
In this Bedroom you will Find two Twin beds, air conditioning (coin-operated), fitted wardrobes and bedside table & lamp. This Bedroom also had a ensuite bathroom completed with a walk-in shower with a fountain shower head, washbasin, WC and a vanity mirror.

The patio doors will lead you to a spacious outside shaded area under the pergola with a dining table and 8 chairs. You can relax on the sun loungers or day bed, and if you are looking for some fun in the sun, you can swim the the heated pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), play pool or table tennis. A staircase (approx 17 steps) leads to the upper-level seating area.

There is parking available at the front of the property.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. First child under the age of 2 years stays free, Cots and highchairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
