Kaunis, hyvin varusteltu 2 makuuhuoneen huvila, joka sijaitsee yksityisellä aidatulla monimutkaisella alueella. Se on valoisa, raikas ja ilmava huvila, jolla on korkea sijainti Montana Rojan juurella. Sijainti on ihanteellinen niille, jotka etsivät rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta, ja etenkin niille, jotka nauttivat pilaantumattomasta taivaanrannasta ja mukavista kävelylenkeistä.

Huvila on hieno rauhalliseen lomaan, jossa on mukava avoin oleskelutila / keittiö, televisio täydellä UK-paketilla ja DVD-soittimella, sohvalla ja 2 tuolilla sekä myös kolikkokäyttöinen ilmastointilaite. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset itsepalveluperiaatteella, mukaan lukien hyvä koko jääkaappi-pakastin, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, liesi ja uuni. Solanassa on pesukone. Huvilassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Yksi parivuode kylpyhuoneella ja toinen air-con-yksikkö taas kolikkokäyttöinen ja yksi yhden hengen makuuhuone. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on kylpyamme ja suihku.

Huvilan ulkopuolella on houkutteleva patio / puutarha-alue, jossa on 8 x 4 metrin sähkölämmitteinen uima-allas (pieni lisämaksu), ulkosuihku, aurinkotuoleja ja miellyttävä oleskelualue. Huvilasta on upeat näkymät kaupunkiin ja sitä ympäröi matala tulivuorenmuuri, joka on alhaalta huvilan puolelta, mutta seinä on korkealla tienvarsilta, joten kävelevät eivät pysty näkemään puutarhaa, mikä antaa hyvän yksityisyyden. .

Kaiken kaikkiaan täydellinen retriitti joko parille tai pienelle perheelle, mikä on hyvää vastinetta rahalle.

Nice space but very tired and rundown.

Although the space is nice, everything inside is tired and worn.For example:Broken loose floor tile in hallway right as you walk in, also chipped tiles.Scuffed white walls through out.Grubby couch. Broken sunbed and generally grubby.Double bed broken and squeeky to the point we had to take it apart and try and fix it. Loose plaster outside in courtyard that we had to sweep up daily.

Spacious Villa with great outdoor space

The Villa has private parking. Entering the front door you are in the spacious courtyard. 1 double en suite and 2nd room with 2 single beds. Large sofa and big smart tv. Lots of outdoor seating and electric heated pool. Slight road noise but wouldn’t stop us booking again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est lumineuse, bien équipée, la piscine chauffée idéalement pour se baigner. Bien située pour visiter le sud de l'île et les parcs des volcans et à 1 h en voiture des autres attractions touristiques. L'agence a été très réactive à toutes nos sollicitations. Bref, nous recommandons !

1 Both bedrooms are VERY small 2 Needs more shelf in bedrooms and bathrooms 3 Hooks on bathroom doors 4 Needs some small glasses for fruit juice etc 5 Pool shower unusable as overgrown by aggressive spikey agave Weather not very good but not anyone's fault!! These are small points easily rectified

Peaceful place to stay

We have stayed at this villa before. It is a clean and well equipped villa. Good quality white goods - washing machine, dishwasher etc. Quiet and peaceful location outside of the main stretch of Playa Blanca and would suggest hiring a car. It is quite a long walk into the town, particularly with small children, but quite doable otherwise.There is an off road parking for the villa. Good supermarkets in Playa Blanca selling everything we needed. We enjoyed Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo which is a very sheltered. and popular beach. We loved sitting in the outside areas at the back for breakfast in the sun and with the inner courtyard a real bonus when it was windy, a great sun trap. We also really enjoyed the pool which was heated and we swam everyday. Would definitely recommend this villa and we hope to stay again.

A relaxing holiday.

The villa had everything you could need, outside space amazing, with well kept gardens and I never got sick of the view, fantastic. Booking with David Meaton and A1 villa's was so easy and straight forward, and direction's to the villa were spot, even when arriving in the dark, 10 out of 10. The location of the villa is about a 30 min walk into Playa Blanca, but there is a taxi rank about a five minute walk away and the taxi's are so in expensive, would definitely recommend villa Fortuna and A1 villa's..........

This villa is great ,very clean,everything you could possibly need is there . Good wifi ,television had a few English channels . Nice little bbq . The pool is in the sun all day ,pool towels provided .The outside areas are lovely ...the courtyard takes away some of the lanzarote winds . The beaches and restaurants are a 30 minute walk away ,we didn't have a car used taxis or the bus which was the same price for 4 people . Couldn't fault anything would return.

Villa Fortuna - literally a home from home

We absolutely loved the villa!! It was clean, with great facilities, and had every bit of equipment you could possibly need to cater for yourselves. Sunbeds are lovely and comfy, the pool is cleaned regularly, there is lots of outside furniture to laze on when you want to be out of the sun for a while, and the lounge area was very comfy. Great to have the UK TV channels, as some nights we just wanted to relax and watch TV instead of going out and about. Loads of DVD's to choose from too with some quite up to date options too!! The Wi-Fi was one of the best I've ever had on holiday - great for downloading too. The complex could do with having a remote access key fob when in your car to save you getting out to key in the code, but that was a very small thing. Close to the hotel shop down the road where we went to get fresh bread daily, and only 2 minutes in the car into Playa to the Hyper Dino where we did our "big shops" for food. Fabulous that beach towels were also provided - we won't be packing ours next year to save on space!! We loved it at Villa Fortuna so much, that on our return we booked for next year!! Cannot wait to go back - a totally relaxing holiday. Only downside was the next doors dog, who barked constantly, but if you popped your head over the wall - he tended to quieten down - just lonely I think. 10 out of 10 overall.

Great chill out villa

Excellent villa with all the home comforts you need for a great relaxing holiday .From booking to our stay was handled very professionally from the agent any queries were dealt with immediately .The pool and the sunbeds were great also the garden was very well kept inside the property the kitchen and dining area had everything you require for self catering and the WiFi system is one of the best I have had on any of my holidays all in all a great rental property

Lovely villa, very well equipped, not too far from playa Blanca seafront, off road parking in a gated complex, beautiful pool, air conditioning was good in the week we stayed we paid about 8 euros for coin operated sir con, which was reasonable, the outdoor grill was great although difficult to get started as lanzarote is often breezy..two good bathrooms with showers and baths. Plenty of varied seating inside and out. We loved the villa, the pool, the secure surroundings, and the friendly island, it was our second visit to playa blanca. We would certainly consider booking this villa again. Kitchen was very well equipped, with lots of homely extras that you often forget...Thank you for a very memorable time away.

Beautiful villa

This villa is a perfect getaway. We visited in February 2018 and had a wonderful break. The villa is in a gated community and its position is quiet and peaceful with views of the mountains. The villa, outside spaces and pool are all very clean and well maintained. The pool is heated and very warm and we were able to swim everyday. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. Playa Blanca front is easily accessed by car and parking is also very easy with a huge, free carpark. We will certainly rent this villa again.

Well appointed, great location.

It was very nice to have a welcome pack awaiting us and there were plenty of nice touches of things you would need - washing up liquid, cloths etc. The management company were really easy to deal with and all the cleaning etc. were carried out with attention to detail. The villa is very well equipped and of quite an unusual design ,making it feel light and airy. However it would be quite nice if the living room could be darkened, just to cool it down. Apart from that we would thoroughly recommend Villa Fortuna - thank you for allowing us to stay there!

Excellent!

First of all, I very, very, very rarely give 5 stars in any review. This came close! The villa is a couple of minutes drive from the centre of PB, located on the PB side of the Montana Roja volcano. It is about a 15 min walk to nearest beach. It is in a gated development with pin access only, providing additional security. Ample parking to the villa is provided, enough for two cars. The villa itself is beautifully presented with the lounge and dining area making a feature of the great outside space. The decor is modern and fresh, white walls and good facilities. There is Intelsat TV giving 15 or so BBC channels, some in HD - we did have one issue one evening when reception was lost late in the evening but it was back the next day. The rooms are OK in size, noting that the master bedroom has an ensuite and air-conditioning, but the second twin bed room is slightly smaller and does not have air conditioning. Aircon was very good and did an excellent job though. It is on a coin operated system, using €1 or €2 coins, with €1 lasting around 90 mins, depending how much and how cool you need the aircon. Everything worked well. Oven does take a bit of time to heat up, but once you know that, then no issues! There were a couple of loose fitting on the plugs and door handle to the twin bedroom. Outside area is superb as it is clean and spacious. You have a fantastic view of the sun rise over the mountains. The pool is beautiful, sufficiently sized for two kids under 10. Deepest part is about 1.4m. There is a table for outside dining (we hardly used) and a lovely cushioned sofa-style area you can see in the photos - we used this a lot! There is also a beautiful hammock down the side of the villa, accessed by a footpath. Between the front door and the living space, there is a secluded outdoor area, which is cool in the morning but a sun trap in the afternoon. The only minor items worth mentioning is that they are building new villas/apartments further up so there was some occasional noise, as well as quite a few barking dogs, one of which was next door or close too - it did keep us awake the first night, but that was it. In summary, this villa was excellent and the outside space is fantastic, getting sun in the summer months almost all day. It is modern and spacious, making us feel relaxed. The area is generally quiet, apart from what I mentioned above. Value for money is tremendous and certainly on our consideration list for when we return!

Nice lay out. Well presented. Charming yet modern.

Ideally situated when you have a car & want to be away from the town centre. The villa was spacious for our small family & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside courtyard was a delight & offered additional character to this property. We have stayed in several villas over the years but as we now have 2 young children, it was an added bonus that this villa is in a gated area. It felt more secure than those we have used previously. The built in BBQ was nice but surprisingly seemed to annoy our neighbour next door who requested we put it out! Not likely. To the other side is a rather shabby property that kept a dog barking for about 24 hours a day. The neighbour situation is the reason I wouldn't give this property a full 5 stars. Overall this villa is really good value for money & I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple, convenient & family friendly space to enjoy the charm of Lanzarote.

Amazing villa and a wonderful pool!

Spent a week here over Easter. We have stayed in a few private apartments and villas, this has been the best we have experienced. Really well equipped with everything needed for a week away (and more!) Beautifully furnished and lots of lovely spaces to enjoy the sun. Perfect for young families, as the garden is enclosed. Lots to see and do nearby. Really recommended and would stay here again if coming to Lanzarote.

Villa Fortuna

The villa and pool were fantastic, everything you could hope to find to make your holiday wonderful. The response you gave us when we requested help was first class, thank you. However, the only thing that did spoil our holiday was the noise level - barking dog next door and other neighbouring dogs joined in regularly (I guess they were having a chat together). The man on the other side of us seemed to love to use his power washer,but that was only the first week. Then there was the road works on the pool side of the villa - concrete mixer lorries all day every day except Saturday and Sunday plus all the other associated traffic. Lastly the villa opposite villa Fortuna, also on the pool side, was being renovated -wall building etc. Unfortunately, the quiet relaxed holiday we had hoped for was spoiled by all the noise. Having said all the above we realise that you could not have done anything about it, I guess we were just unlucky

Lovely villa, very light and airy, well equipped to a high standard, very comfortable.

Convenient location, good pool and outside space offering a fair degree of privacy and peace. Very good choice of outdoor seating arrangements and very much liked the internal courtyard area with couch, table and plants. Solar lights on selected plants was a good touch. Liked the decour and found the villa very comfortable and enjoyed spending time there. Very small niggle which didn't spoil the holiday but the bedroom fan wasn't working and the outdoor BBQ had seen better days, we took coals expecting to have a BBQ but changed our minds on arrival. We enjoyed the villa so much that we ate in most evenings so a dish washer would have been a bonus but this wasn't a deal breaker.
