On the side of the lounge is a spacious, contemporary dining area with further TV and this leads onto the sunny conservatory with further dining area. On this same level there are 2 good size bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other a king, these share a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Upstairs is the master suite with king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, large ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous private terrace with stunning ocean views.
In the secluded garden you will find a good size pool, electrically heated in the winter months (Nov-April). New, comfortable sunbeds, a great BBQ area and even your own personal bar - you need to stock this yourself though!
