The villa accommodates up to 4 adults in 2 spacious bedrooms:



- The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views.

- The second bedroom offers fantastic views of the Rubicon mountains.

- There is also a third bedroom with bunk beds, suitable for children only.



A shared family bathroom is located upstairs, with a guest WC downstairs.
