Villa Zinnia is a modern and stylish, three bedroomed two bathroomed villa with private heated pool. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa enjoys a contemporary style and has lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free wifi is available.
The property is semi-detached and sits on a corner plot with well-maintained gardens.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV with UK and Spanish channels. The lounge opens onto the terrace. The dining area has chairs and a granite topped breakfast bar, and the well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The kitchen opens onto a laundry area with washing machine and clothes airer.

Downstairs are one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a modern shower room with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds - both air conditioned, and another modern bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms have good wardrobe space, air conditioning, good lighting and mirrors. Beds have duvets in winter.

Upstairs is a terrace furnished with a comfortable sofa and table, which has stunning views of the Ajache mountains and is a glorious place to sit with a glass of wine.

Outside living is often the highlight of a Lanzarote holiday, and the large terrace space at the villa is very well designed for spending lots of time outdoors. There is a private pool with cover, which is heated all year round. There are six modern sunloungers, a comfortable sofa, a Canarian barbecue, and a table and chairs perfectly located under a retractable awning so that you can dine in the shade.

The property has lots of extras including hairdryer, iron & ironing board, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we even provide a welcome pack with water, wine, beers, juice, biscuits, tea and coffee!

There is parking on the private driveway of the villa and on the road directly outside the villa.

Located close to Las Coloradas, a quiet area of Playa Blanca – 5 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to Las Coloradas beach, and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Marina Rubicon, where there are lovely restaurants, shops and the twice weekly market. Playa Blanca town centre is just 5 minutes in a taxi, and the airport about 35 minutes by car.
