College Friends Weekend

Our second year staying here for our annual friends weekend. Great house with everything we could need. Lots of room for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool! Had a minor issue but the host immediately had someone out to take care of it. Overall, a great stay. We will be back!

Pool enjoyed by all. Beautiful house. Many doors, especially bathroom, need oil - creakiness woke some. Wish master had privacy curtains on French doors. Overall we had a lovely time.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family was gathering in Yakima to celebrate our oldest son's graduation from medical school and this home made our time in Yakima absolutely perfect. So clean and the decor was so charming, and extremely well kept, linens and towels were so nice, beds very comfortable. And the kitchen.....wow! We spent so much time just hanging out and visiting in the kitchen! It had everything we needed and we made memories we will cherish forever. Communication with the owner was super easy with extremely fast response times. Book this place! You will not be disappointed. It is awesome!

Great place, very well appointed

We were in need of a large home with a number of separate bedrooms to take care of our entire work team while there for a conference. This location was the perfect solution. The house is beautifully restored and well appointed inside with everything you think you might need 1,000,000 things more. It was extremely clean. The only thing I would say is that it’s listed as a four bathroom and it’s a 3 1/2 bathroom.

Fantastic stay!

The trees on the property were in full bloom and just gorgeous! The house was freshly painted and very clean. Everyone had their own bedroom; the kitchen was fantastic and very spacious. I just can't say enough about this magnificent property. Monica was very prompt in getting back to you with answers to your questions. Definitely a wonderful place for a family reunion or very large family vacation. Highly recommended. The bottles of wine were a nice touch too.

Beautifully updated home

The description and photos are perfectly representative of the home. The kitchen is huge, and there is a ton of living room and dining room space. The bedrooms are large with comfy beds. The master bathroom has been brilliantly updated with a gorgeous shower. Highly recommend this home if you’re coming to Yakima with 5 people.

Amazing Stay in Yakima

Let me start by saying this, amazing! From the simple check-in, to the beautifully remodeled interior and the charm of the furnishings, our stay was perfect. The pool is such a great amenity especially if there are kids in your party, towels and floaties are provided! The beds are all very comfortable, with quantity linens. The bath towels that are provided are big and fluffy. We would stay here again for sure and hope to again in the near future. co

College friend yearly reunion

House was amazing! Plenty of room and parking for everyone. Spent most of our weekend relaxing in the pool. The friendly neighborhood cat that came to visit daily was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing retreat

This property is beautiful and well maintained. The host is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. We spent most of our time indoors because of the local wildfires. The bedrooms were very spacious anf the beds were very comfortable. We all would love to visit againspacious and very wildwildfires
