Open plan living, dining and kitchen with spectacular views. This opens onto a outdoor patio/entrance area with dining table and chairs and an outdoor seat to enjoy this spectacular location.

Lounge room features a large comfy couch, Smart TV and plenty of DVD’s to entertain you after long days at the beach. There is also an HDMI cord connection so you can plug in your own media to play through the tv. High speed NBN WiFi throughout the property.

Kitchen is really cool retro style. It has all the basics covered like dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and a new Nespresso Coffee machine with milk frother. We also include complementary tea and coffee.

The bedroom features a quality queen size bed with a super comfy mattress, quality linen, robe and beautiful timber louvers for multidirectional air flow.

Guests have exclusive access to the downstairs apartment. Guests also have exclusive access to the area in front of the apartment near the entrance. This includes the outdoor dining table and the outdoor seat overlooking Pippi Beach.
Guests do not have access to the upstairs of the building or the backyard (which is for the exclusive use of the upstairs apartment). Please also note that parking for this apartment is on Prince street right next the property. Don't worry there is plenty of parking available.
