”Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong: The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours. To make matters worse, I was told by a staff...

”Staff was helpful, washroom was not clean. Breakfast and food options are great.”

”Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead.”

”Decent stay”

”pool was not open, it was dirty”

”The room was very spacious, and the ambiance was great. However, the downside was the smelly bathroom, but it was taken care of later.”
